Jill Richards

Jill Richards is a co-founder and Managing Director of Gray Wolf Partners.  Her background includes a range of experience helping organizations to more effectively manage and grow their businesses, primarily through improving their strategic market focus as well as their marketing and business development efforts. She is an experienced problem solver and communicator in the technology, professional services and non-profit sectors.

Jill has more than 20 years of experience developing strategies and leading marketing, business development, and market research programs for a broad range of companies, including SAP, Wells Fargo, eBay, Cisco, AT Kearney, Bain & Company, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Deloitte. She has also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Terracotta, a leader in big data, and Stitch Labs, an award-winning cloud-based commerce company.  

Jill also served previously as Vice President of Marketing at Visto Corporation and, at Netscape Communications and America Online, where she directed marketing services including co-marketing, member acquisition and product marketing.  She has also been a consultant at Price Waterhouse, KPMG, and Braxton Associates and a marketing and public relations consultant to corporations, government and non-profits on environmental issues including recycling, air and water quality, and transportation.

Jill holds a B.A. in International Relations from Pomona College and an M.B.A. from The Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles.  She also studied business at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris in Paris, France and international relations at the Institut Universitaire des Etudes Européennes in Geneva, Switzerland. 

Jill is a writer and canine lover who actively supports environmental, conservation, and womens' health organizations.
